AsiTrabajo is a technology marketplace. Providers are independent professionals or businesses, not employees or representatives of the platform.

You must provide accurate and current information and protect your credentials. Professional accounts require email verification and may undergo additional reviews.

A verification badge only confirms checks performed by the platform and is not an absolute guarantee of future service.

Providers are responsible for their service descriptions, applicable credentials and coverage. Customers must evaluate proposals before hiring.

Quotes, schedules, warranties and service agreements are made directly between customers and providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may only upload content you own or are authorized to use. You allow AsiTrabajo to store, optimize and display it to operate your profile.

Replaced or deleted images may be permanently removed. Keep your own backups.

Plan prices and conditions are shown before payment. Tokenization and charges are processed by PayPhone under its terms.

Automatic renewal requires express consent and can be cancelled for future billing periods.

You may not deceive, impersonate, harass, infringe rights, manipulate reviews or bypass security and payment controls.

• Do not publish false or unlawful information.
• Do not access accounts or data without authorization.
• Do not abuse automated queries or data extraction.

We may restrict accounts for violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Users may request account closure subject to necessary legal and security retention.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business results. Each party remains responsible for its agreements and legal obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, AsiTrabajo is not responsible for work contracted directly between users.

We may update these terms and will publish the current version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
